Leinster Summer Camp

This week saw our pitches filled with 110 budding rugby players! The Bank of Ireland Leinster Rugby Summer Camps runs across July and August in selected clubs. CRFC was thrilled to be one of those clubs this summer.

The camps cater to boys and girls between the ages of 6 and 12. It's a fun filled week for all involved! The camps focus on maximising enjoyment of the game and learning how to play the Leinster Way.

Skills were improved through games like 'No Man's Land'

All participants get a training shirt, a Rhino rugby ball and a drawstring bag. Here we can see some of the #futurestars showing off some of their newly learned skills.

The attendees were also treated to a visit from Leinster players James Tracy and Rory O’Loughlin.

As if the week wasn't exciting enough, all the participants also received a water bottle from one of the clubs loyal sponsors - Specsavers Blanchardstown.
